Looking good Matt!

Should we be inferring anything about the release of the VaS 2.0 rules with these mini releases - or is that reading too much into it? :D

The minis I assume are being released first to allow the product to get into the customers hands. The rules we are looking towards first of the year or late spring at last quote IIRC correctly. Finishing up the planes and pay load rules. Then we move on to the next part.

I had assumed they were going to a rules plus ships boxed set. Glad I was wrong, cos I have a bunch of ships already.

Way, way too much :)

The rulebook has _no_ release date set. It will be ready when it is done!

Will the flights of aircraft be cast in resin or metal? And if resin, will it be a clear or opaque material?

As it stands, aircraft will be metal (though MTBs will be resin).

The CAD drawings look great. My only concern is I think the bases are too large. They could be narrowed a bit IMO.

The base will be between 1/16 to 1/8th of an inch thick.

My bad, I didn't mean thickness. I meant the amount of space (ocean) on either side of the ship.

By design its should be about 1/4" around the ship.
