Is it true that the decision was made to change VaS miniature to 1/1800?

It is certainly not a rumour...

Was just about to make a post asking if 1/1800 was still happening. Know what I'm going to be asking for for Christmas then. :D

Off topic, any chances for getting a mini for the Chitose as the carrier conversion? All the miniatures I've ever found seem to be the seaplane tender.
