Submarines are my undoing?!

Postby GeekEGuy » Wed May 18, 2011 6:36 pm

With depth charges only having 3" a range (measuring from the bridge) and a rear firing arc only, I'm finding it very difficult to line up an attack on a sub with my US destroyers. Most subs are agile and have a turning score of 3 so it is very easy to manuver out of the firing range and arc of a destroyers depth charges.

I'm curious as to what tactics you guys have used to combat the wolves of the deep.

I havent done any sub fights yet but will try some and see what I come up with.

Play in 1/6000 scale, subs can't hide anymore.
