Well, the SBG author has mentioned on xoth.net's forums that if some-one were prepared to convert SBG to PFRPG proper, he'd be happy to talk...

This project has been right around the corner for so long that frankly I'll believe it when I see it.

Don't get me wrong, I'll be very happy if it does finally get released, and I'll be buying it ASAP, I just have a hard time believing I ever will see it.

It has certainly had its challenges - however, I expecting proofing to be complete within a few days.

From some of the comments here and on the Traveller boards, it sounds like your production and editorial queues are in a state of flux at the moment. Products are being rescheduled and things moved around. Do you guys have a secret project up your sleeve that has made these changes necessary?

Yes, but that is not the point of what has happened behind SGB

This book has had more than its fair share of challenges - four writers who dropped out during the conversion did not help, as we had to restart from scratch every time!

I'm starting to wonder if the proofreaders dropped out on it too. It seems this book is cursed.

They haven't dropped out, but have had some Real Life things interfere with deadlines.

And yes, we are fairly convinced this book is cursed

I'd better be getting it soon. I paid for it on advance order a year ago. I won't be doing that again!

Hopefully it'll be worth the wait!

It does seem that the pace of new releases for Legend and Traveller has ground to a halt recently though for the reasons that Matt has outlined. But I hope that when things start moving again we will see a flood of new goodies!
