We have just posted A River Runs up it, a free adventure set in Glorantha. Special thanks to Bruce Mason for making this possible. You can download it from;

Oooh cool, thanks :)
I'll adapt it to Elric if possible.

Hope it proves popular. As the PDF says: there are no maps. I have endeavoured to explain the two main locations well enough that you don't need them. Still if anyone who can draw maps feels like giving it a bash I would happily put them on my wiki.

For those who don't know, the scenario is called A River Runs Up It. The player characters must brave the chaotic Syphon river - the only river in the world that runs uphill - or risk being caught between myth and reality.

When playtested it was run with the same PCs directly after playing through Flowers in Her Hair.

Happy to answer questions. It would take some doing to fit it directly into Elric but you might be able to treat it as some sort of gonzo dreamquest.

Great! Now I just need to work out how I can run this from a Jrusteli perspective... :twisted:

Or, use the general concept to mess with my players when they are on a God Learner mythic raid HeroQuest...

There was a third Living Glorantha scenario I playtested but didn't write up for submission once it became clear that things were afoot with RQ. If I get a chance I'll post an outline of it here so that people can take it and use it if they like.

It's a God Learner scenario so could have used the same characters from The Golden Liberation Society. PCs are likely to be recruited from GLS members.

Scenario is called "The God Machine" and the PCs are recruited to replace some of the crew of an Otherworld Explorers Myth Exploration Vessel. Their mission is to penetrate an obscure disturbance in the myth boundaries that might lead to a piece of Zistor.

Sounds ideal! My group have recently arrived in Zistorwal.
