RuneQuest II by Mongoose slated for January release

Postby Twin Agate Dragons » Wed Oct 21, 2009 11:11 pm is listing RuneQuest II with a January 15th releases date. A GM's Screen for RQII is listed with the same release date.

Of course we'll have to wait for the state of Mongoose for any word on whether or not a new edition is actually happening.

What's new?

What is the difference between Runequest SRD and the Deluxe Edition? What's expected to be in RQ II?

I'd appreciate if someone could tell me what/where 'fixed' Divine magic that was broken (non-reusable spells for initiates, etc), specifically which product or forum 'fixed' it.

My best,

I realize Amazon tends to sometimes have bogus information concerning release dates, but I have high hopes this time they have an accurate date. I don't suppose someone from upon high could comment and possibly share a bit of dirt on the subject, could they?

FRP Games also has it listed as a Febuary preorder. They describe it as a super deluxe leather bound book.
