The forums are acting weird....

Despite me being subscribed to be notified of new posts on topics, I'm not getting any notifications, even when loads of posts have been made on the topics.

Anyone else noticing this?

Agreed. Email notifications seem to have gone down. I rarely worry about this, because I just keep popping back here every few minutes anyway.

But if you only come in once a day or less frequently, it makes it hard to pick up threads where you left off, especially on the more active ones.

So, Mongoose tech support, are you working on it?!

I also had problems logging on to the website From Jan 2nd through Jan. 4th in addition to the notifications...were servers down at various times?

I did experience a problem with the various Mongoose Publishing sites on the 2nd. Looked like a problme with the database.

I couldn't log in yesterday (The 7th) and still haven't had a notification email since 1900 GMT on the 3rd.

What progress on the tech end Matt?

Didn't have any issues logging in on the 7th myself. Dunno about the notification emails since I don't use them.

Now who's supposed to deal with the spam if you can't login¿

Proper forum searching is usually a pay-for add-on. The freebie stuff has no search pretty much.

Ok, but searching has never really worked, the forum notifications used to un til recently, so are we any closer to seeing a solution.

Actually searching used to work fine back on the old look forums before we went up to phpBB 3 (Or whatever we're on now)
