Hello everyone, I would just like to add to this my hopes for more Deus Vult material. I am currently playing in a DV campaign which is run very well by our GM, he cannot know everything about medieval Europe, the Middle East or Africa, so he needs some help in the form of resource books.

PS. He has just introduced an NPC from Cathay. What about a book on the Orient. Plenty of hocus pocus to squash out there.
Listern, whatever is behind this door I can handle it....... aggggghhhhh

Ok, that's an interesting idea - plenty to be going at!
For info, I know there's supposed to be some more material on the Inquisition and (I think) witches/cults coming out sometime soon (well this year), I think it was to be announced this summer, so maybe June for more details..
Anyway, I'm hoping we get some more on Templars and the Holy Lands (maybe including something on the Lost Priories too) not too far down the line.

There certainly seems a bit of interest in this little gem of a campaign setting, I would love to see some material produced around the subject areas brought up here. I for one would be buying the material. Perhaps some more stuff in signs and portents to keep us fans appeased while waiting for the source books!

Agreed. Well I know there's a follow up to the current mission on a Hoffman device. Not sure when any other parts are coming out.
Also not sure if there's anything else that's Deus Vult coming from Signs and Portents in the next couple of months.

Anyone know anything they can share?

Thanks.

It's called 'First sign-ups for Wayfarer' and is under the RuneQuest 2 heading.

I'd like to read Sister Devout myself, but really prefer a hard copy of a book to a PDF.

Still, if nobody is watching that printer at work...

Well if you have a strong enough background (campaign world) then the (fiction) book sale can be really strong. I know that I've got maybe 80% of the Forgotten Realms story books and, looking up at them now, that's a LOT or shelf space. I'd be prepared to make the assumption that (story) book sales are proportional to the depth of background. Also that for an invented world, the depth of background is proportional to the amount of pages of campaign material released. But Deus Vult pulls on historical earth background and so already has a huge advantage towards potentially getting hue (story) book sales.
Obviously depends on someone getting on and writing them! ANd that the quality is average+.
