Most Likely not Fallout
The fallout license is currently owned by Glutton Creeper games. The game was fully developed as a d20 game and supposed to be out this GenCon.
Though the game is now on hold because of a license issue between Glutton Creeper, Bethesda software and interplay.

(I know this as 100% true as I was a play tester on the game)
Starcraft would be nice though

Re: Most Likely not Fallout
The link you posted above indicates that Glutton Creeper has pretty much given up on the Fallout license as they have already rebranded the Fallout RPG to Exodus, they seem to think Bethesda's claim may be valid, and the possibly bogus license they got from Interplay expires in about 5 months now anyway.dragonfather wrote:The fallout license is currently owned by Glutton Creeper games. It certainly seems the license could still be available.

I couldnt even begin to guess... there are licenses i would like to see, but for all that, I have yet to see any of those likes brought to fruition in any serious way.
I've often thought (with Mongoose and other companies) I think I know what a particular license will be... but they invariably end up curveballs that I never considered.
My own personal wishlist would be (in no particular ordeR)
1. Fallout (as per CRPG games)
2. Masters of the Universe (especially if based on the more recent animated series)
3. ZOIDS (as per graphic novels/anime/toys/computers games etc..etc..)
4. MARVEL the RPG (that doesnt suck the big doodad)
5. Final Fantasy Universe (as per console games etc..especially VII)
there are others that would be nice too a Matrix universe game, an Aliens/Predator game, a DUNE game, heck even a HArry Potter game would be fun if done right, Dinotpia (as per books, not TV series), David Farlands Runelords books as an RPG, etc..etc...
I should not my wish list is based from a purely RPG oriented perspective i dont wargame much anymore, and so my preference are far more indiciative of my RPG preferences only.
As for Wargames... something like a Dark Future or CAR WARS game would be nice, used to love those games.
