Club locator for USA & Canada (perhaps elsewhere too?)

Hi all,
I noticed the stickey club locater in UK thread and thought one for north america (or elsewhere even) would be an excellent idea.

There are those such as myself who dont live in a big city with a con, 3 game shops and 2 clubs that are easily found. I'm in Port Hope (Canada) and the nearest games shops are in Peterborough (45 minutes north), Oshawa (30minutes west), or Toronto area (over hour west). I'm not new to rpg's but I am new to the Conan rpg and would love to find a group with a running campaign or failing that start one myself.

These days with fewer games shops & publishers around (and fewer players) finding a rpg / strategy group is that much harder for most of us.

I'm in Ontario Canada, Town I live in is Port Hope (east of toronto) which is next to cobourg. I'm looking for gaming group / club running a Conan campaign. Alternatively I'd be interested in starting a Conan campaign myself.

Toronto Area Boardgame Society is a great place to start looking. There are many players of Starship Troopers, Battlefield EVO, Babylon 5, and even Gangs of Mega-City One.

(AD&D groups are much easier to find, but then again that's been around for 30+ years. :wink:

Just when you thought you were safe. Anyways Anybody interested in getting a Conan campaign going in Cobourg/Port hope area lemme know. Would be a bit far but could get something going as far as peterborough or oshawa.

Anyone in the Anchorage Bowl area in Alaska should check out www.northerngamer.com There are weekly meetings at the local Lions Club building every Friday and Saturday, sometimes on Sunday too. Lots of war games, GW games, Warmachine/hordes, tones more I don't know of cause I don't play them. I bring my SST stuff every friday.

Which local Lions' Club? There are 5 or 6 Lion's clubs in anchorage.

Anybody willing to give a try to a 35 year old;) I'm willing to drive around
North/Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Weekends are the best but I'm willing to make it during the week as long as it's after 5 PM:)

As far as games, I'm willing to give pretty much anything a try.
