June Playtest Pack

The June Playtest Pack can now be downloaded here: http://www.mongoosepublishing.com/pdf/v ... ckjune.zip

Playtest Pack.doc contains a list of all the changes made thus far, as well as a new list of objectives. The priorities here will be the coastal invasion & submersible rules, as well as an answer to the question of whether the refits should have points costs or not.

Once we have these under our belts, we will start taking a serious look at fleet balancing and points costs for individual ships.

Will give the rules a whirl over the weekend.

Re: wakeless torpedoes, isn't this no longer used now that there is no opposed crew quality check to evade torpedoes?

This is an excellent point - will look into this.

Something to try out on Wakeless torps...

A ship using Evasive! may not force a Wakeless torp to re-roll a successful hit.

As a corollary, the reference to evading torpedoes in the "fan fire" entry in the IJN fleet list should be removed.

Does anyone think they will still be finding Mushrooms in the Vanderbilt - Woolverine area the first weekend in June?
