Why are the softback versions of Flight from the Dark and Fire on the Water no longer listed under "Upcoming Releases"? Are they already available?

So they're not going to put the bonus adventures in the paperbacks, maybe they'll put the bonus adventures into a 1,2,or 3 books onto themselves. I'd be the first to buy such books (and probably alot of you would too).
