Just wondering after picking up the MI Army book which values for Troopers are correct? And are Lizard Lines just included in the MI Army Book where as you had to upgrade them in the Main Book for +5?

The game was dropped long ago. IIRC the army book values are correct, although there was an errata which changed some of the values and options. I no longer have a copy myself to check.
