If multiple scouts succeed in a check to redirect fire on the same target, do ships attacking that target get rerolls with two weapon systems? For example, if I am playing the Dilgar and two of my Jashakar Vi scouts succeed in a redirect fire on a Ka'Bin'Tak, does that mean that my Mishakur can get rerolls on both of its Anti-Ship Missile Systems?

As long as you are not re-rolling a re-roll I can't see why not.
