Cairo class Fast Destroyer 98 pts

The mainstay of any UNE fleet, the Cairo class destroyer dates back to the Andromidan Occupation and earned a reputation as an excellent hit and run vessel. While its armament changed after the disastrous 5th Terran Civil War due to technology loss, it has remained the best option for escort and raiding duties. While it was originally a Commonwealth design necessity had dictated that it be spread to all the other navies.

Target: 6+ Crew: 25/5 Craft: 1 Hawker Cyclone, 1 assault shuttle
Armour: 3 Troops: 3 Formation: Escort or Raider

Must have one of the following affiliations
Commonwealth - +5pts - Commonwealth Escorts are netorious for there tenacity in combat. The ships dodge score is now 4+.
United States - +5pts - US ships are trained in anti-fighter actions. All AFC attacks and panic fire recieve a +2 to hit.
Commintern - +10pts - This ship has specially trained commandos known as Spetsaz. When attacking enemy troops in boarding actions each Spetsnaz will roll 2 dice and choose the highest.
European Union - +15pts - Fire control from EU ships is superb. This ship recieves +1 to hit with Secondary and Tertiary weapons.

unfortunately yes, but they are defensive weapons. Well the Tertiary weapon is more offencive then defencive but they are more or less there for anti fighter defence.

Akoran Navy
Britora class Battlecruiser 294pts

The most common capital ship in the Akoran Expeditionary naval task force they were deployed in every system captured by the Imperial Navy to act as the flagship of the garrison task force. This depleted the front line forces rather quickly and forced Imperial guard ships to take over the garrison duties. This resulted in unspeakable atrocities being committed against the human civilian population.

truthfully I am pretty much done the rules themselves. I am working on a great deal of the fluff at the moment.

Decoran Republican Navy

Dedurack class Battlecarrier 204pts

The most common class of battlecarrier employed by the Republic they can be seen through out Decoran space. Sporting the Heavy Disruptor they have been known to convert smaller ships into gas along with their crews. It wasn’t until the Hortena class heavy cruiser appeared on front lines that the Decoran fighter swarms began to diminish as the Phaser lances punched through the Dedurack hull.

Decoran Marines - +20 - These companies are pulled directly from the Decoran race thenselve. These Saurians are brutal killing machines when unleashed on an enemy. The marines of this ship will kill an enemy troop unit on a 3+. However due to there increased size an assault shuttle may only ever carry one troop rather then two.

Improved Launch bay defences - +25 - Additional shielding and armour plating protect the vulnerable launch bays from indirect attacks. Ships attacking from the port or starboard will no longer increase there damage threshold.

Federation navy

Cossack class Battle Cruiser 73pts

This ship design was discovered in an abandoned Andromidan archive and it dates back to the pre-occupation era. The design is completely obsolete, but even after multiple disastrous engagements it continues to be the show piece of the Federation fleet. The UNE had such disreguard for these vessels they would allow civilians to salvage these “warships” including the antiquated weaponry. Most were sold to museums or stripped down for any actual useful parts.

Acc/Dec: 3 Damage: 28/9 Special: Lumbering
Target: 5+ Crew: 36/12 Craft: 4 Gladiator, 2 Assault Shuttles
Armour: 0 Troops: 8 Formation: Capital ship

Andromidan warship

"Charlie" class Heavy Cruiser 302pts

Despite the fact that the Terrans were enslaved by the Andromidans for more then a mellenia very little is known about there ships beyond the technical specifications. The Charlies were the first ships the Humans encountered in the Alpha Centauri system and they proved more then enough to destroy the defence fleet and render the colony impotent.

Additional rail guns - +15pts - When gearing up engage Terran warships the Andromidans take extra procautions and refit there ships with additional point defence weapons to protect them from Terran missile and fighter technology. Add 6 AD to the Light Railgun battery.
Improved Sheilding - +30pts - Add 5/5 to the sheild trait.
Additional Mass Drivers - +40pts - Akoran fleet commanders are experts at scattering Andromidan battle formations and as a result they learned to refit there ships with additional aft firing weapons. Remove all craft fromt he ships profile and replace it with a B(a) arc cascading mass driver.
