Just a small suggestion: I´ve notived that your ship has a rather rough surface; you might want to heat up the metal some more to get a smoother result (that´s one of the advantages of resin, as long as you mix it up right, you´ll get a more reliable result quite easily)

i know...but don´t worry. this ship on the pic is still not polished. and it was the very first casted ship...the metal prototyp. and i don´t have used wismut pellets to get an better cast quality for this ship. the next ships have an better quality,naturally and yes you are right.
resign casts are a little bit better but i don´t use resign currently. i find it is to fragil for this ship... later i want to use resign,propably. but i you interested in an resign cast of this ship...i have one resign cast prototyp
here you can see the difference to the unpolished model.

the little problem is cleared: no plastic flight stands.

So...the first batch of ships is ready and some are on its way to his new owners....

now i plan to cast the next ships from resign.
i have noticed that thin is getting expensiv....but it is still an good base for ship castings.

but the big problem is still existend...

i can´t sell it without the permission of Mr.Trentadue.
he is the original designer of the boreas cutter on E.F.N.I.org.
...and i don´t become an answer from him.
i had sended several mails to him about the boreas...all without an response.

You could ask someone from mongoose then if they know how to contact the guy?

Contacting him is no problem, but when it came to getting permission to have Mongoose produce Nikes, he never responded. Sounds like Urobach had the same problem.
