Fantasy Craft Conan Conversion

Postby Twin Agate Dragons » Sat Apr 10, 2010 8:09 pm

As I recently bought Fantasy Craft I registered at the Crafty forums. I found a conversion guide to play Conan with Fantasy Craft should anyone here be so inclined.

I read it quickly and at first glance it looks quite nice. Recently I have written a short essay about Conan in RPG, what a pity I knew nothing about that conversion. Guess I should write addendum!

Very nice! It's always a pleasure to see Conan adapted to other RPGs.

I'm another one thanking you here for the link, Twin Agate Dragons. I don't know the system but who knows what the future brings.

Could you give a link to the text, Paladyn? I'd read it.

Hi!
Here's my article about Conan in RPG, you can find it here

Also I wrote recently report from session of Conan game, designed to check, if Savage Worlds can be used. You can read it here

I hope you'll find them interesting, please leave the comment. Other readers be warned, articles are in polish :)

Going back to topic, FantasyCraft conversion is quite good, I have a good opinion on it but, I don't know the rules the are referring to. Is there a quickstart set or something?

Paladyn, you've got one more comment there now.

Perhaps instead of translating the entire text for English speakers on this board you could just list your conclussions here. This would do it, I believe.
