Erm, this poll is flawed...

The theft charges should not be related to the murder charges.

I agree with frobisher. There should be a seperate verdict for each possible charge. (Also don't the charges brought need to be listed somewhere, like in an Earth court of today??) The punishment should be more flexible so Max could be guilty but relatively unpunsihed as the jury might think he did what was right.

Just my tuppence ha'penny!

Even so, there were 9 votes for various guilty of murder and 8 for not guilty.

So Max was convicted, even here.

:twisted: hehe :twisted: yahhh, I know... I will have to say Sid, I have had a fun time with this trial thing. I've never been put on trial before... it's kinda funny.... I mean I never had a charecter that has killed anyone in cold blood before though either.(Don't tell the Narns I said that)
