Sargava The Lost Colony is a 32 page booklet for Pathfinder (Golarion setting) and I would never have thought that a Golarion book could provide some much material for a Conan setting. Basically, it talks about an [Argosean] isolated outpost in the Black Kingdoms, that is White colonists among Black tribes which accept more or less their presence. It is very mature: the colonists employ locals as servants and for other menial and tough tasks and are loath to give them some rights.
Basically this sourcebook is a gold mine if you want to find a reason why your adventurers from the Northern countries would go and stay in the Black Kingdoms for a while.
There are very few other races, i.e. most people there are humans (which is quite surprising for such a high fantasy setting) and there are ideas of adventures aplenty, with many ruins lying in the nearby jungles.
It is also incredibly well written.
You say that there are adventure ideas. Are there any full-blown adventures? Or, is this strictly a setting book?

EDIT: I found a copy on the net. Neat book! You're right, it does have a Black Kingdom feel to it. But...I also think that it could be used as a sourcebook for adventures in the Pictish Wilderness (although it does fit the Black Kingdoms better). Thanks for posting this.

Now, I'm wondering...is there an adventure path or some adventure modules that are set in Sargava?

Yep and absolutely Conan like: The serpent's skull adventure path.
Though Sargava is a player Companion, there is also a Chronicles book called Heart of the Jungle which encompasses a much greater territory.
I didn't read these books yet, so I can't give my opinion on them but Heart of the Jungle is the Golarion Black Kingdoms, while Serpent's Skull deals with a forgotten race (serpent man) which tries to bring back their god.
I read that the problem with these adventure paths is that they are very dungeon-crawl-oriented, though the 1st one is more a sand box.

As to Sargava, I was very surprised that there are very few d20 things like prestige classes, feats and the like. I also own People of the North (also a Player Companion) which is almost completely dedicated to that and thus not useful for a Conan setting (in the Nordheim).
An American-style kitchen is a kitchen in the living room.
A French-style toilet has toilet in the living room.
My neighbours combine both styles.
