According to the Editors intro to the latest Signs & Portents, next months issue (Nov 2005) will have the start of something massive for Lone Wolf.
No indications as to what though...

According to MongooseIan35 on the Tower of the Sun boards, it's the long-awaited Port Bax article which will be featured in issues 27 and 28.
