Artists signatures are absolutely essential IMHO
The lesson learnt from TSR is how valuable original art work is, and how much the artists profile is elevated by signing their work
Here’s a thought - a limited edition print run of selected art work. Please!
My forte is RDBMS design, development and implementation, just completed my 3rd Snowflake book
The Aspie in me struggles with all the well thought through data not being in relational tables for common ease of access, maintenance and use. Recent comments on this forum regarding inconsistent...
I am struggling to see the need for FFW. I would much rather have books of transportable adventures and source materials with plot hooks, ideas and intrigue etc. I will buy the FFW books for both completeness and as a backdrop but I’m not expecting to deeply involve my players.
Having said all...
This won’t help your immediate problem
Some other vendor books come with a unique code to enable download - perhaps this is a way forward
Suggest you email sales@mongoosepublishing.com with photo of you holding the book and ask for PDF
This comes down to the style of play. In long term campaign style of play then stand alone adventures become more useful. In single adventure style of play a theme focus ie single book works well. I prefer the former where stand alone modules are more useful

I admire your commitment @Geir
I can attest writing books is hard work. Very hard work.
I am beginning to understand the complexities each book has both introduced and attempted to address. A common framework across all tech should address consistency issues - a huge task which has no...
Dumb question…
Having used Print on Demand services before the setup cost was ~£100 per book for which I received one hardback printed copy. Successive copies are £16 each, and initial printing took ~ 3 weeks
What stops anyone from acquiring the latest PDFs and running their own...
A book of non-canon options - and I stress “options” would prove useful to some. I would purchase out of both interest and completeness. But to officially extend OTU by including options would IMHO be a mistake. I accept the need to move Traveller forward, but incrementally and slowly
One major...
I found it very moving holding a physical book which I wrote. I was surprised at the emotions I felt
I’m just about to complete my 3rd book, all on Snowfake Data Warehouse which may be my last - until I decide to write another, writing books is strangely addictive…
Whilst I appreciate ambition to keep the physics as close to our current understanding as possible, not everyone needs to know the underlying principles enabling any given component or tool to operate
Too deep a dive into principles may detract from the high level intent and audience - hard to...
