First, there arn't a lot of difference between 3.0 and 3.5 relative to the B5 game. It's exactly what I expected and wanted.

A great reference source to keep things straight along with role playing hooks.

I'm going to go with the national feats as suggested for that nationality and any human PC can have whatever feats they want except for Alien Races and GM disapproved.

I noticed that at least one nation had the previous nation as part of a title. Columbia and venisuala (sp?) as I recall.

As I recall the Main character levels in season 1 ranged from 1 for Vir, 3 to 6 for most and a few as high as 9.

The second season book listed most with an increase of about 3 more levels.

That's off the top of my head.
