even though that honestly is one giant free ad How so? Jame doesn't work for Spica Publishing. Are you making the assumption that any review that reads "I liked this book" is written by someone directly involved in the book's production? So, if I say "I have read Robert A. Heinlein's Starship Troop...

EDG is an Admin on both boards. He deals with the software side of things, as well as the usual Admin stuff. As you are probably aware, a Hiver with a screwdriver is never a good thing - in the past, I have managed to make both boards, or bits of either board, disappear into Teh Interwebs with my we...

So that we're all be clear on this: EDG hasn't actually written a Spica Publishing product. He provided a core idea for our Nemesis Class Pursuit Ship book, but that's all - he didn't write any of the material in that book, nor did he contribute in any other way other than the original idea. if you ...

The new Mongoose 'Traveller' books are Standard International Paper size (i.e. A4 - nominally 210 mm x 297 mm). Uhm, no, they're not. They're US Quarto or "Letter" size - slightly wider than A4, but also slightly shorter. The old GDW LBB were half that size (A5 - nominally 148 mm x 210 mm). The UK ...

Now if I can only work out who the hiver was. Should have put a mop and bucket in the middle of the room to see who'd eye it up lovingly! ...the Hiver was the guy in the white T-shirt who had a dodgy kebab at lunchtime and felt very, very ill afterwards. Sorry I couldn't stay for the PM slot guys -...

Parking is limited in that area, so maybe someone who is familiar with car parking arrangements in Swindon can direct us to a PnD nearby...

Ok I have a question, to anyone that has actually seen the product. Regardless of the stats, what about the ships designs/floor plans themselves? Are they any good and different? I can come up with my own stats on the ship if I need to, but looking at it as a purely reference material...what about ...
