Index to all rules

With so many B5 books out now (not that I'm complaining), a question I have begun to ask myself a lot (yes, I do talk to myself) is "now... which book was that in?" . I was just wondering if anyone has put together a list of what rules are in which book? This is mainly for prestige classes, feats, e...

From my knowledge, B4 was the biggest of the stations, the best armed, and the only one with engines to move it around. B5 was the smallest and built on the cheap, even then only because the Minbari jumped in with fundingso they could get the Commander veto. LBH Yes, that's correct. B4 was indeed t...

Re: Telepaths after Psi Corp was disbanded

Hi there Ghost Dancer. The rules for handling telepaths after the demise of the Psi-Corps are in the Crusade series book. Another one to add to my list then ;) As a bit of a precis, human telepaths have to be registered with the Bureau of Telepathic Integration, which monitors their activities in n...

Telepaths after Psi Corp was disbanded

Does anyone know what the rules for human telepaths are once the Psi Corps was disbanded. Can a telepath do pretty much what they want? I know the Crusade series mentions a few things such as they have to submit to frequent scans to make sure they have been behaving themselves. Basically, I have a p...

Read "Darkness & Light" - the Vorlon history section. It's all explained...
Ah, excellent. Thanks for the heads up :)

Some interesting ideas there Neo :) I like the idea that the Hand are a concept, but if you remember, in LotR they found a "doorway" which I always assumed was preventing the darkness from returning - some kind of prison maybe? Maybe whatever is behind that door was some kind of weapon used by the h...

Beta Durani 7

Just found another error in the galactic guide. In Legend of the Rangers, G'Kar explains that an ancient city was found 8 miles below the surface of Beta Durani 7. Since I am thinking of working some of this into my campain I consulted the galactic guide but it only lists one planet in the Beta Dura...

The Hand

Having just watched Legend of the Rangers again, I was even more intrigued about "The Hand" and have been considering using this as a basis for my new campaign. The obvious problem is that very little is revealed about them in the movie. Has JMS revealed any further info about them or their servants...

Perhaps, but it also says "practical" :p But I do agree with lbh in that they are probably not quite as sturdy as a hardback

I think it depends on the number of pages. From the books I have, their smaller books tend to be softback, and the ones with more pages tend to be hardback. I do agree though, RPG books take a fair beating and hardbacks are nice. Personally though, I think they should be spiral bound - that way when...

Good question. When the first ones left the galaxy, they left because WE decided to find our own path between order & chaos. Both the Vorlon & Shadow questions are valid, but I think that on their own they only give you part of the picture. I think that when you know Who you are AND What you want th...

to melt a hole you'd require severeal PPG blasts hitting the same spot Exactly, there have been several episodes where security guards have blasted down doors. I forget exactly which eps, but there had 3 or 4 guards with rifles - they each must have fired 10 shots or so to shoot the door out (so in...

Hello all - it's been a while

Some of you may remember me from a year or so ago. Unfortunately real life took over and I just did not get any time for RPing :( Luckily things have changed a bit now and I will be GMing a game very soon and will hopefully get to spend some time back in these forums, so I just wanted to say hi to y...

This is bad, this is very, very bad (do you have a source?). Yes, very, very bad indeed. I think many fans, myself included, will nopt watch the film if this turns out to be the case. It is an insult to JMS, the original actors, and the fans. As for the source, it seems to be an intentional "leak" ...

B5 TMoS - bad news?

In case you had not heard yet, there some some rumours about the new B5 movie that do not sound good at all. Apparently, Warner want to recast the original actors in favour of some better known Hollywood names. This would be a great trajedy IMO. Nothing has been officially confirmed yet but many peo...

To my knowledge, of the first 9 'numbered' books. Only #9 has officially been declared canon. The Technomage Trilogy, Psi Corps trilogy and the Wheel of Fire trilogy are all considered canon, as presumably are the novelisations of the TV movies (river of Souls never got a novelisation). LBH I thoug...
