Cheers for this - some of these we had already trapped and changed, will add the others and do an update next week. We welcome any other spots anyone has!

I've noticed a couple typos.
Would you like us to point them out here or in another thread?
Either is good, let's hear them and get them sorted!

Re: Pirates of Drinax - Now on Drivethru!

So what exactly is new in this edition? Also, congratulations! This is one of the best campaigns of all time! This edition of the Pirates of Drinax is an amalgamation of the original campaign and Alien Module 1: Aslan (including the Trojan Reach sector). However, in every case, we went back to Gare...

Possibly the best campaign ever published… Written by Traveller fan-favourite Gareth Hanrahan, the Pirates of Drinax is a massive sandbox campaign with a truly epic storyline that stretches across an entire sector – more than enough space to keep your players going for months… or years! Re: Hull Structure Options and Balance

Hi Matthew, thanks for the answer =) I personally don't mind that the provided ship designs are not optimized. I can always redesign the Third Empire's fleet if I feel I will be a better naval engineer than them =P. I do however think that the core rules, the core ship design rules should attempt t...

The girls had a few last details they wanted to touch on, and they ran out the clock today - however, they have rededicated themselves to get everything done tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon!

Re: Where to buy locally? Toronto, Canada

Our warehouse has plenty of copies in stock (and has already ordered a new printing, so we should have a constant supply), so it is just a matter of your local store calling his distributor and hassling them to get more copies in (don't worry, shops do that all the time!). And yes, the new expansion...

Re: Hull Structure Options and Balance

In that vein Matthew I see the opportunity (hint-hint) for some additional supplements. For example, a "Fleets of the Third Imperium" could describe the technologies and standards that ships of the 3I universe adhere too. You mean something like the Naval Architect's Handbook? Can't imagine somethi...

Did you think about a crowdfunding release? I think this could be a great option for your secondary RPGs (like Legends).
We pitched a Slaine RPG to the 2000AD guys, but I am afraid they were not interested.

Re: does Traveller 2E not include aliens?

Any idea when we might see those aliens not presented in 1st edition? Hivers, K'kree, Droyne/Chirpers Droyne actually pop up in the Great Rift, though as antagonists rather than a playable race. And, thinking about it, a Hiver pops up in Pirates of Drinax, though as a character. We will be getting ...

Re: Hull Structure Options and Balance

Hey Qaragan, No, not a typo and no, not 'balanced'! The idea is to approach High Guard (and the Core book, and the Vehicle Handbook, for that matter) as a 'toolkit', and remember that just because you can do something, it does not necessarily follow that you should . High Guard (and Traveller overal...

Re: does Traveller 2E not include aliens?

Drinax does indeed have fully updated Aslan - character creation, equipment, and vehicles/ships. Interesting Point: While the Core Rulebook was being created, we had every intention of putting the Bwap in. In the end we did not, because Bwap characters are... sub-optimal, to say the least, and we fi...

Re: Third Imperium lore valid for New Traveller?

Well, we know they're doing the Fifth Frontier War since Matthew has announced it. After that, it's a mystery! Bit of a mystery to us as well :) The Fifth Frontier War may end up consuming three (three!) giant slipcases, totalling somewhere between 1500-1800 pages, plus a veritable gaggle of suppor...
