Re: Question for Matt: Mega Deal Refund Confirmation
Why? It sounded like this Dever person will be responsible for delivering you the books you are still owed. "Mr Dever is going to endeavour to provide everyone owed Books 18 onwards with Lone Wolf material." And that the credit you are being offered is effectively a bonus being offered as an apology...

I would be willing to put money on this, if the books are cleaned up first.

Emailed the guy listed at the start of this thread. He said all the information has already been turned into Mongoose Publishing. Now it's up to them what happens next.

We will be covering the reasons behind this in the forthcoming State of the Mongoose. However, to tackle your main point, we are more than happy to send a PDF copy to anyone who preorders any of our books. Just drop me a line at msprange@mongoosepublishing.com when the PDF is released, and I will s...

I did not buy it. I looked at it in the game store and went this it too damn bland. Went home and continue to run GURPs Traveller, TNE, and occasionally T4.ShawnDriscoll wrote:You liked Mongoose Traveller enough to buy it. I also disagree that if you don't like Mongoose Traveller you don't like Traveller. I really enjoy traveller just not mongoose/classic. I need more crunch then what they offer.

Re: Traveller 5th Edition
HackMaster was not and is not being done on kickstarter. They did a preorder on their web site for the hardcopy and you got the beta pdf with updates throughout the development and layout of the book.

Re: Traveller 5th Edition
If you base the cost of the different levels on shipping inside the same country as you are located then charging extra is to be expected. And since a medium size flat rate box for the US Post Office for international shipping is $47.95 ( http://ircalc.usps.com/MailServices.aspx?country=10013&m=13&p...

Re: Traveller Fifth Edition
Given he's past $180,000 mark I don't know if I'd say he was off the mark that much. Besides, Pathfinder's core book is nearly 600 pages for $50 and Fantasy Flight Games' Warhammer 40k cores are about 400 pages for $60. And in each case you are probably talking much larger print runs which mean sign...

Re: Alternity/Stardrive to Traveller
I love the Alternity mechanics but I find the starship design rules to be a mess what with the rules in the GMG/Starships using one set of design and combat rules while Warships uses a different set. So I'm planning to try using Traveller (in full or as the core of a ship rewrite).

Alternity/Stardrive to Traveller
Ok I ran a quick search and didn't see anything about this so. Anyone tried converting the old Stardrive setting to use Traveller's mechanics?
