Well I guess I'm the odd man out here. I think it would be neat to see. But one at a time, Dredd VS the X-Men and Avengers at the same time wouldn't be fair. specifically, I would like to see Dredd Vs Wolverine. I think it would be a good fight but no real contest. Then again, it depends on who wrot...

A bit more time sounds fine. So the contest will end on July 30 to make it a month and a half. to be honest I wasn't thinking about the hard rules, but since questions have come up here are the official contest rules: Entries must be submitted no later than July 30. Voting will then be opened for on...

Yes, gangs should be playable. An all fatty gang of course could be done so long as some of the fatties aren't the specialist, per se, and just regular ganger stats with a fatty mini. Timeframe is a good idea, I hadn't thought about that. Three weeks seems good. Yes, pictures, retionale, and backsto...

Best Gang Theme Contest. Prize by me. :D

Hey. I haven't been here in forever, and I am not sure if this game ever picked up. Last I was around they had kind of dropped support. Either way, it's a great game and I am going to run a contest to try and boost some interest. So, I want eto see your best gang themes, and pictures of them as well...

"A young troggie, finds his manhood..." It still sounds too racey. How about, "To become a man, a young troggie..."
I dunno which is worse, if he finds his manhood in the beetles or if the beetles help him "Become a man"

I was reading that and thinking "How awful it would be to have your manhood locked in a giant bugs pincers."

Of course, somewhere on the internet there is a site devoted to one guy and his love of just that fetish. *shudders*

love the terrain piece its your game as well so do what you and your fellow players like I appreciate the compliment. It's my latest piece, I just wanted to do something simple. :) I wasn't so much wondering if it was ok, which would be a silly question, but more looking to see if it was a common t...

Mixing different genres of minis.

I think these look awesome together, I just used them for the picture, but I may make stats for him now.. Do you ever mix fantasy, sci-fi, historical etc?

Something similar to the old GW JD boardgame from the mid 80's? Similar, yes. Basically using the game as a marketing tool. A lead in to the main game for non wargamers who would usualy not play wargames just because they are an unknown genre to them. I have a small resin terrain accesory business ...

That's a shame that it didn't garner mor einterest. Personally I would have made a boardgame that works on a similar set of rules, and has a few pre assembled plastic minis. I would have advertised that in 2000 AD magazine. People are more likely to try a boardgame, which is a genre they have probab...

Is Judge Dredd just not as popular as I thought? Maybe the fans just don't know about the games.

Basing some GOMC1 scenarios within the different Judge Dredd storylines (ie Block Mania, Apocalypse War, Judgement day) and including some of the more notable characters would take the game to a whole new level. And also increase sales and, I would guess, bring in a lot more revenue than the large ...

It may not be killing out of fun, but out of a twisted sense of patriotism to their block. The other gang vandalised the block and are told to vacate immediately, and instead they respond with gunshots. It all depends on how you spin things. And it is a game after all. :D Absolutely, but part of th...

Not all gangs are 'evil' some of them just want to make a living and have fun, think of them as a futuristic 'freedom fighter' force. I suppose it depends on your definition of evil. Killing other gang members in the way of fun isn't exactly all good to me. Then again, everyone has a lot of gray ar...
