Thanks for the comic reference. I had that comic back in the day! I was hoping that I'd be able to get away with only buying the Conan statue, but looks like I'll be in for the Conan AND Belit. I'd buy Zula too, but I'm going to have a hard enough time coming up with $400+! Come to think about it, I...

We've often played with only one or two players. I actually think that Conan plays better with a smaller number of characters. If you think back to the old D&D days, you needed a large party to cover the necessities of a dungeon crawl - two or three fighters/rangers/paladins for the physical confron...

In our games, we don't use the Sorcerer as a Player Character, exactly for the reasons that you describe. At the lower levels, they are practically worthless. As NPCs and villians, they are great because they really up the ante with those very powerful spells. Also, when you think about the REH Cona...

I don't know of any legal electronic copies, either. But, Dark Horse has published Black & White "phone book" sized reprint collections of the magazines. Each has 15-10 issues for $15 or something. They are available at Amazon and the like: http://www.amazon.com/Savage-Sword-Conan-Vol-1/dp/159307838...

I recently bought the Soloman Kane Book a couple of weeks after the Conan 2nd edition Book, and the two books don't even compare. Solomon has color, good binding. Conan is a black and white and is falling apart. Yes, Conan has more pages, but the presentation of the two books isn't even close. Come ...
