Thanks guys for being so accepting of my alternate reality of characters that don't run hid  Sorry, I wasn't trying to sound abusive of your ideas; especially since I agree that you have a cool character concept. It's just hard to replicate what your looking for in the B5 environment. Psychl...

OK, though I have one problem with your technique, the hexes in the space combat game never provided a stacking limit thus the hexes were of a very LARGE size. As such I would not allow stray shots to possibly hit another ship unless the original target and the other ship both occupied the same hex....

While I have not played the game (I do own several books that I am reading) what about this? What if someone has a character concept that is not to hid behind cover. They are fast or so combat hardened that they just instinctively know where not to be. Now I know that b5 is a realistic and I like t...

Also, don't forget about what you're using . A group of my players made good use an antique japanese-style screen in a firefight; they were using projectile pistols while their opponents had PPGs. The bullets passed straight through the thin paper while the PPG fire hit and stopped (though it made ...

Re: Why wait for the B5 minis - Get them now!!!
Why wait - all of these miniatures (and more) are available on the old AOG website (it looks dead but the order page is live) - They say that they are old AOG stock returned from distributors but they come in baggies and quantities are unlimited. Best Part is they are 1/2 PRICE - better get them so...

I've gone a different route for fighters. I have made the way fighters acquire targets part of the shot that is made against their target. If they miss, then they were not able to acquire the target. How does this work with Minbari jammers and the like you ask? Well, that gets added in as a to hit p...

I could be remembering wrong, but during the Dilgar war didn't the EF come up with "Instant Starbases, Just add water?" I believe that was the line in the Earth Force Book. I believe I remember reading that they built prefab bases in then transported them out, and had the functional in a matter of ...

I don't agree as the Vorlons manipulated but their subjects still had free will to choose (one exception could well be Jack which would indicate that there were others) OK, let's see, you say that the subject species that the Vorlon's manipulated all still maintained their free will so that they co...

OK, peanut gallery's turn.... As to whether the Vorlon's are good or bad for manipulating telepath genes into other species, well, there are some misunderstandings going on here that I want to clarify. 1st is that the Vorlon's chiefly represented the force of order/law and the Shadows represented di...
