Re: Deepnight Revelation

No. She is now owned and operated by the Deepnight Corporation so has a corporate name, but she is a converted naval vessel.

Re: Deepnight Revelation

The 'trigger incident' takes place in the Great Rift, after which the focus moves to Deepnight Revelation herself. The starting point for her voyage is Giikur Naval Base in Vland sector, but once underway the focus will move with the ship.

Deepnight Revelation

Right now the Campaign and Referee's books are both around 80% complete, and I'm expecting to finish the 'trigger' adventure Deepnight Legacy sometime tomorrow if my typing finger holds up.

This one has presented some unique challenges, but the end result will be something very special.

Re: Give a opinion

If Legend uses the same concepts as RQII Glorantha, I'd say not, bsed on runic affiliations. Undead are not tied to their form rune (man, beast etc) any more, but have the undead rune.

Re: Plying the Bowman Arm, and more

In my case it was the docking computer amusingly failing to line up on the entrance properly and bouncing off the wall, no serious damage. But funny since the docking computer is supposed to be competent...

Re: Plying the Bowman Arm, and more

I'm sure everyone would enjoy me stotting my ship off the inside of space stations. Even the docking computer crashes on my behalf - advanced computer learning maybe? It's decided that's how I like to fly.

Re: Plying the Bowman Arm, and more

A lot of times it's self-inflicted or an artefact of deadline timings.

Re: Plying the Bowman Arm, and more

That doesn't really change anything from the point of view of my poor overworked ass. I have a pile of work to get through, and once it's done there will be some more. It does delay the appearance of finished goods though.

Re: Plying the Bowman Arm, and more

Skandersvik (the Sword Worlds Campaign Book) is done and delivered.

I'm now writing the rules components of Deepnight Revelation. No zombie cats yet, but there's time.

Elite: Dangerous

So.... Mongoose Publishing made me play Elite: Dangerous on PS4. A lot.

Still playing.

So far I've tended to be antisocial and do solo stuff, but if anyone out there feels like teaming up, shoot me a message.

Re: Help with A Sum

There is a pattern here, of asking then changing the question... or in this case rejecting the answer in favour of one that is simpler but wrong. I would suggest that if you can't do basic maths on a calculator, trying to play a game that requires it is not a great idea. Learning to do the requisite...

Re: Help with A Sum

Why ask a question then reject the answer? You do realise that sooner or later nobody will respond, don't you?

Re: Deepnight Revelation

So many questions after a long day of fencing. This is to be a campaign. Bigger than Drinax, I expect. It draws on the concepts hinted at in Deepnight Endeavour but it's not a sequel as such. More a related story. I had big ideas whe I did Deepnight Endeavour but this is bigger than what I originall...

If I told you that I'd kinda be confirming what it's about.

But, err, yes. Among other things.

Deepnight Revelation

I can be a little less cryptic now, it seems. I expect to finish up Skandersvik (the 96-page campaign book that was supposed to be a simple Sword Worlds adventure) at the beginning of next week and begin work in earnest on Deepnight Revelation. What, you expect me to tell you what that's about? Okay...

Re: Plying the Bowman Arm, and more

I was asked the other day 'what is wrong with you?'. I could still be there listing it all...

As to the ship, yes, it's an indigenous design.
