Maybe it's because you're one of the worst trolls on the Mongoose boards - with your continual sniping about wanting MRQ Conan, and MRQ being a better / superior / more advanced / more evolved system than D20.

Pardon the yelling, but I want to make sure ... not that I'm heard, but rather that I'm replied to. I'd have thought shouting, having a little tantrum, and generally behaving like a spoiled child (with a rather unjustified sense of entitlement to immediate answers that are to your liking) is likely...

Luther Arkwright - yes please. MRQ Luther Arkwright - no thanks. Not sure if it would work, or how well, with Traveller, True20, or other standard OGL D20 systems - but I do know that if it's MRQ (or any other BRP or RQ based system) then I wont even look at it. Just my view to balance the debate - ...

Tell me about it please. Looks and sounds interesting.

Is it a similar mechanic/idea to PrimeTime Adventures?

This thread makes me sad.

Since the preview came out B5 Traveller has gone from a must have, to a maybe take a look to see what I think, to now being a 'no chance, you're having a laugh'

Shame :(

Ships - so we are keeping the idea of any odd shaped bits of a ship just being full of fuel sloshing around :( Must admit thats quite disapointing........... Agreed. The station itself runs off reactors so I'd always asssumed B5 ships did too. I was expecting some sort of modified drive/fuel system...

Best source material for B5 game?

I'm looking forward to the B5 Traveller book as I've never really liked any D20 variant as a system for a SF game (that's just a personal preference) Anyways, enough introductory stuff. What, if anything, from teh Mongoose B5 range would you recommend as good background material for fluff rater than...

I don't think I just choose three books. I can manage three series of books though.

The Dune series (Dune through to Chapter House Dune) by Frank Herbert

The Mars books by Kim Stanley Robinson

The Culture novels by Ian M Banks.
