Why, a 5x7 box that is 6" high.

Seriously though, I know that Mongoose is thinking this over and will be letting us know what they have in mind. I have no doubt that we'll have counters. :)

I always get the shakes before a drop. Then take your pills  Cheers Derek Yes Derek, but I keep dropping the darn things and they always go between the cracks in the metal floor grating! Just wait until the ship needs the next overhaul and they take the gravity offline. Now THAT will be...

I would assume my suggestion, then, is not viable? (Pg. 25). Well, it had been said that the license with WB didn't permit other options (see page 13, about halfway down). Also, you probably did not know that the production was already in the US, which was part of your suggestion. I'm guessing that...

Gee. You jokers forgot to add "well done" to the end of your "jokes". We were just waiting for you to do that, of course! There's nothing like overcooked Breen, I say. Thank Valen. An avatar that isn't disco dancing..... Well, it was that or an animated gif of Pak'ma'ra eating....

Nice work again BuShips seems time of the pogs has returned :D Not to detract from BuShips good work, but mixing counters and minis is a lot like putting ice cream on your hot dog. Tastes aren't bad separately, but it's not my idea of a good topping... I completely agree. I'm about the biggest fan ...

Nice work again BuShips seems time of the pogs has returned :D Avaters and sigs are still killing me tho :P I recommend Dramamine or possibly Meclizine for the motion sickness. :P I'll give due consideration for a change. Maybe it's time for a CTA-themed avatar. I started with a "Death From Above" ...

ShopKeepJon, I think that was said as much by Matt's announcement. He stated that the foundry needed 2-3 lines of minis to be viable. Since it was deemed that SST and ACTA wasn't enough to carry the load, the decision was made to close down the minis production. I know... I posted my explanation to...

I knew what you meant and you are correct that they'd work. Very easy to pick up, too. I've made custom counters for SST, using them for showing ammo status, etc. This was before several of the "laser cut" guys started offering cut plastic. I was actually thinking of these guys , but I couldn't rem...

Although I still believe that flat quality counters are the best solution, here is something I dreamed up for those that already have large ships on the table. It shifts the counter idea more toward a 3-D effect, but is a poor substitute for having full-up models. Still, it is just an idea. I'd be p...

Regarding ship disks, see also Button Wars from Guild of Blades. Like Button Men before them, they use cheap pin-on button technology to make very nice game pieces. Not as many sizes as one might want, but very easy to deal with. And you can wear your entire fleet to a convention! Good idea, other ...

I dropped them in here for discussion of options for Mongoose. I think the best method is to 'recycle' the studio models and take overhead plan photos. They could be then inserted into the counter design and thus save a considerable amount of graphic work for someone at MGP. Consider these a possibl...
