Re: A community based FAQ/errata effort

Well, half the problem is finding it. Right now I think willing volunteers would be more important to the process. I would like 5 in total so one more and I think we could get this rolling.

Re: A community based FAQ/errata effort

I'm nearing completion on running a successful campaign for my gaming group, and I have a strong grasp of the rules and have also had to improvise and create new rules on the fly for the campaign. I've got a good playtest group as well. I'd like to throw my hat into the ring. -Ken That is excellent...

That little comic was quite entertaining and unique for a bat rep. Keep it up.

Re: A community based FAQ/errata effort

Seconded - how do you want to do it? Well, I would like a "council" of sorts to compile and talk about rules questions. They could possibly take place over a voip program for ease or a text chat to keep a record of discussion. Meetings happening maybe once a month. Reach decisions based on balance ...

A community based FAQ/errata effort

Matthew Sprange has stated that Dredd is a community driven game. For some time we have seen several posts regarding issues concerning rules. Matthew has often been prompt in responding to these, but I feel that we as a community could take a load off of his shoulders. We could consolidate and decid...

Re: January Releases

Almost all Kickstarter backers have had their Sovs (a handful of 'Council' pledges in the UK and Australia are still waiting, but will be getting theirs very soon - and they did get their Citi-Def before anyone else :)). They will be on general release as soon as we get a lick of paint on the Satel...

Re: Scenery?

There's a lot of Infinity style terrain that can work well for the Mega City, but I think World Works Games' paper craft stuff fits the bill the best.

Re: Resistance Unit & Accurate talent

Its a debatable point: I think its the fact that the Hero seldom misses - hence the re-roll as the actual shot. However I would be happy to make it that the although the first roll of a 1 makes the gun run out of ammo - the Hero still gets a re-roll to see if he hits? The Resistance Judges don't ge...

http://www.superherohype.com/news/articles/174569-dredd-dvd-and-blu-ray-top-sales-charts Even more info, apparently 650,000 sold with half being blue ray. At $30 for DVD and $40 for Blueray, without discounts, the film has made an approximate total revenue of $22,750,000 from video sales. FROM ONE W...

Re: So what did you think of Dredd?

The two rumours I've heard regarding a sequel are either The Cursed Earth or the Dark Judges. I'd kinda like to see the latter, although it's a hell of a change in tone from the gritty "used future" of Dredd to introducing murderous ghosts from another dimension. :) Unfortunately I believe there wi...

No, it prohibits judges from buying any other equipment. Exception being cybernetics.

Re: (Ahem) Rulebook Update

I'd quite like the idea of allowing a sidekick from the start in the main game. I semi-agree with this, though if you started with a Sidekick, it shouldn't have the ability to buy up levels. So, you have a Level 8 teamed with a Level 3 (possibly) or a Level 3 teamed with a Level 1. Also, what's the...

Re: New Judge Dredd Rulebook Download

...so if it only applied to starting limits those would have to be your 2 starting talents with no other possibilities. That just seems unusually restrictive. I mean, you don't have to start off life being be rich. I'd say, under your rules, that if you later added the Wealthy talent, you'd get to ...

What we should have gotten so far from kickstarter?

So I'm a Sector Chief pledge and I just got my first box, but in it I got some duplicates and not all of the current army boxes. So I need to know what we got so far to know what I am missing and send in the form or what have you.
