I think cultural differences will come in to major play on the food front. Some cultures would think it insane to not have fresh food and real food, others would consider processed slop the only sane, safe and normal way to eat. I know that statutes in UK and USA navy manuals specificaly stop them. Also Russian and French as well I believe.

As I often remind players, such weird things as fresh food or cookers would no doubt be odd to most tech 10+ people. I often make players without steward or survival be a bit hapless at dealing with things such a dirt, real fires and real food.

Many of our team eat D. don't ask, menu B.

Few more good ideas there. For psionics, in my games I award psi points for good rollplay and acts of morality. All psi points are 1 use in our game. So a player can slowly creep up, but can use them carfully to aid themselves. The abilities are explained as 'weird' or somesuch activities. IE, I hav...

That would be great! Always felt that should have been years and years ago. Makes a game more likely to stick in a single system and flesh out a whole mini campaign without having to jump all the time. Looking forward to garden worlds. Would be great to see whole supplements of various planets. Some of us refs have short prep time, so piles of predone planet systems would be very handy. Industrial worlds, water worlds, dust bowls, balkanised etc...

I'm sure many units wish it was the guy/gal with the highest leadership and tactics, sadly it isn't always. Politics of some form often wins out.
