Re: [Babylon 5 1st to 2nd editon] Narn Telepath Question

Reducing the P-level is quite a good idea. Although I always though a player may not be happy to have a latent teep after using a precious feat to get Telepath only to roll badly. I know, some players might not like it, but on the other hand a Narn Telepath should be that rare elusive character con...

Re: [Babylon 5 1st to 2nd editon] Narn Telepath Question

-in the case of Narn- Telepath is dropped and we use Harrowed Heritage instead? I would go with this. Either Harrowed Heritage counts as Telepath or give a free extra feat - Telepath. That what I also though, as the other way seems to make it very impratical (if not impossible) but I wanted to see ...

[Babylon 5 1st to 2nd editon] Narn Telepath Question

It's a rule question, but not sure if it would be better in the 'other game subforum. Hope it's the right spot; if not, could you change it to the right spot. Thank you. I'm planning to prepare an NPC for an Adventure and I'm having a bit of problem with his telepathic class for the Narn NPC. In th...

Re: [CONAN] A Strung Bow

Considering the material used for bow in the Conan (and most medieval setting) , they should be unstrung after each shooting session or -in the case of a dungeon delve- at night while camping. The reason being the material and the problem would be: 1) If the arms are constantly under tension, they c...

Re: Kull DIY project (CC & suggestion welcomed)

Sorry if I am coming across as a "downer," I'm not trying to be. I'd like to see a fan-produced KULL variant for the D20 module. No problem, that,s why I,m pitching my idea before putting them on paper and why I did reduce him from the original version. First to answer your 2 questions: - Natural a...

Re: [CONAN] Spooked!

I would say it depends on the bandit set up. If they are well camouflaged and keep silent, I would do a spot/listen check as the PC pass by them ...and the if the PC fail, a regular suprised check as the jump on them by the stream. In the case of a badly prepared ambush I'd go with 3 checks. Upon en...

Re: Kull DIY project (CC & suggestion welcomed)

Fair point. How about this revised version then? Now The original Beastman is a template added to the Atlantian Racial modifier (+2Str, +2Con, -2Int, -2Cha) for a total of +4Str, +6Dex, +4Con -6Int, -2Wis, -6Cha. Also the original template would give: - Low-light vision, - Improve grapple, - 3 natur...

Re: Kull DIY project (CC & suggestion welcomed)

Here is one Racial template I'm having a bit of issue. But where I'm debating is: Should I give it +1 or +2 level adjustmenr or not? Background : About 60 years ago, a evil Sorceror started to experiment and created a race of Beastman (kind of like ape-man) by magically altering Atlantian. Most went...

Sweet!

I'm glad that there's still some interest. Over the holiday I'll try to get some of the Racial Template done...give you a bit of something to look at...and as always I'm always open to CC.

Re: Kull DIY project (CC & suggestion welcomed)

Life got reall busy and crazy but at least I was able to buy and ready the final Kull Comic book reprint from Dark Horse Comic. The first order will be to complete the Race sectio...

Re: Secrets of the Ancients hardback mising something?

I see that "Secret of the Ancients" is back and hopefully now complete.

For those of us like me who has a flaws 1st printing copy, how must we proceed to have it replaced for a completed version?

Re: [Spoiler warning] Questions about Chirpers

Well I got the PDF version on the CD as stated. The hard copy. Noble Knights has one, so it's always an option.

And I also got the Challenge magazine 27. So I have in hand all the Classic traveller Dryone/Chirper source I think.

Nope didn't search for it yet. Got distracted by a sexy girl. You know the sexy geeky librarian type. :)

Edit:
Yes, looked up my Classic Traveller on CD and Alien Relams with "The Casteless" is there.
