Freelance Traveller has a word generator for DOS(Box)/Linux/compatible command line environments in the Multiplatform Traveller Program List in the Computer Connection subsection of the Information Center.

You can find my take on Vilani names, with a very small set of examples, at http://www.freelancetraveller.com/featu ... names.html. Beyond that, take a random word generator for Vilani, generate a thousand or so words, and pick the ones that sound most like names.

No way in HELL I can limit myself to three novels, or even three series, especially since which ones I like best depend in part on my mood-of-the-moment. I was going to put down my shortlist, but my SHORTLIST turned out to have more than fifteen entries on it...
