BP, you're missing the point - I have no trouble currently with maintaining a list, except that I often don't KNOW what's available - for example, I discovered today, after posting the latest update, that there's a HELL of a lot more from Comstar than I was aware of; I'll have to do another update t...

What Properties Would You Like To See Mongoose Acquire?
Currently, Mongoose has five setting lines for their Traveller product line: The OTU (represented by The Third Imperium sourcebooks) Babylon 5 (sadly, no further expansion) Judge Dredd Strontium Dog Hammer's Slammers There are other settings that, in debate here and elsewhere, have been pronounced b...

I'd actually thought of this possibility - essentially, build a database of published products, and let the user, via either links or a search, choose what s/he wants to see. That's actually GOING to happen someday, if I can figure out a useful way of doing the database without requiring a Real Data...

Feedback Urgently Requested: FT Published Product List Reorg
Currently, the various lists of published Traveller products are sorted principally by the name of the publisher. However, due to some ... well, frankly, carelessness ... on our part, we have some listings where multiple publishers are listed on the same page, because the products in question are al...

Dead Tree Windermann Incident?
I note that there is an announcement for Windermann Incident being available from DTRPG. Is this going to be available any time soon in dead tree? (I also note that there appear to be no releases scheduled for September? Buffer for schedule slippage? Typo, and the October listings should be Septembe...

Re: REVIEWS SOLICITED: Babylon 5
You know non-fan review would be useful on it's own right ;-) Would be nice to know what someone who doesn't know much about the series would think about B5-traveller. This is true, and now that you mention it, I would not be averse to having such reviews ALSO. I have heard that Mongoose no longer ...

REVIEWS SOLICITED: Babylon 5
I never had the time to become a Babylon 5 fan (nor have I had nor do I currently have cable TV), so I'm not qualified to write reviews of the B5-for-Traveller books. I'm therefore asking that someone else do so and submit the reviews to Freelance Traveller; in addition to commentary similar to that...

Looking for Several Freelance Traveller Authors
Back in February, I received the following message, seeking certain authors. From the list, they now have contact information for myself, for Richard Honeycutt, and for Les DeGroff. If any of the other authors are reading this, or if anyone knows how to get in contact with them, please let me know a...

Seeking Authors From Freelance Traveller
I have been contacted by a small on-line publisher who is apparently starting a line of Traveller PDF products. Several articles on Freelance Traveller have been noted as of interest to this company. If you are named below, please contact me OFF-LIST at editor@freelancetraveller.com. If you know whe...

The Orb "Hey give me a hit off that hot orb." The Orb is a pleasure device. Touching a "hot" orb elevates the mood, loosen inhibitions, and opens one to a fuller awareness of sensual pleasure. It's basically a mess free party drug. ... This sounds like a psionically-active device. A full investigat...

Because we've felt unwell for most of the past week, we missed our own "post 'em for voting" deadline. You benefit from that, because we've decided to extend the submission deadline another week, to 8 Nov 2008 Sat 23:59:59 EST. As of now, all three categories have sufficient entries to be competitiv...

There's little more than a week left, and we've only gotten three submissions, all from the same person, and in three different categories. That will mean automatic wins if we don't get more games, so send in your favorite creations, even if you found them elsewhere, filed off the serial numbers, an...

Freelance Traveller Contest 2008-06A: Games People Play
We've chosen to use 2008-06A for this contest rather than 2008-07, because we expect it to be the sixth contest that runs to completion - but we didn't want to remove all evidence of the previous try. This contest is about GAMES. Games that people in your Traveller universe play. All sorts of games ...
