No. There was a conversion process used in the process of writting ACTA-NA. It should allow the conversion of ships created using the original NA rules to ACTAv2. For example: each weapon = 1AD. Noble Armada hex ranges = ACTA range in inches. (There are a were a handful of exeptions made). So what ...

Yet another reason to ignore this new offering. No ship builder, no easy way to convert :-(. I did have a thought about this. Buy a copy of the revised Holistic Design Noble Armada rulebook from ebay/Noble Knight/wherever use that to build ships. Convert to ACTA. There was a conversion system used ...

I may have one here in a couple weeks. One of our members recently passed away (you may remember him from these forums as David, Anla-Shok ) and I will be working to distribute some of his gaming stuff to good homes. Once I know what he had my plan is to post much of his B5 items here for sale first...

Well, I guess this limits my interest to academic only then. Ah well, I had a hunch this would be the case :(.

Personally I always liked Renegade Legion. The space combat version was called Renegade Legion: Interceptor which I suppose could be interpreted as 'N' based on pronunciation. If that is the setting it's one of the only ones that might actually interest me. But given my luck guessing stuff like this...

Personally, I'm betting it's something obtuse like Heavy Gear: Terra Nova or thereabouts...

Still, as long as it's customizable for the B5 universe I will be happy...

It is possible they are simply the Iron Wind versions from recut molds. I know the Centauri Primus, Narn G'Quan and a couple other ACtA scale ships from Iron Wind are noticably larger than their Mongoose counterparts. Dunno if that's the case here, but it is possible I guess since Iron Wind did rele...

Ah, I just hope I'm wrong and you guy's SG prediction is correct. Not I. I've never been all that enamored of Stargate, and certainly not as a space battle game. If it is that then I doubt I will pick it up unless as I've previously mentioned there is an easy and complete means of porting the new s...

kodiak888 wrote:Was there even 2nd edition release?
There was. Off the top of my head it was 2 Primus, 2 Centurions, 2 Altarians, 2 (or 4, I forget) Vorchans and like 8 flights of Sentris. I have the box pics at home and can repost them when I get off work, assuming I remember ;-).

I believe I still have an extra Drakh Amu mothership I'd be willing to part with. It's unpainted, unassembled, but not in the box anymore. I will warn you though, it is absolutely the worst model I have ever tried to assemble. I have two others and it took several hours with a Dremel and lots of gre...

They are. Using the current Liati, etc. designs would require Mongoose approval. Regardless if they dropped the B5 license, they still own it for the stuff they created that was not in the show.
