For Psionics, there are three main choices I think. 1. Legend Common Magic 2. RQ6 Mysticism 3. BRP Psychic Abilities You can always mix Legend/RQ6/BRP types of magic. If it helps, RQ6 has it set up so that characters that start with magic know a number of spells equal to 1/20 (p. 177) of the starting skill value. E.g. 60% would be 3 spells. Status of Necromantic Arts?

It's not on the Mongoose site under Legend books, it's not on rpgnow.com under Mongoose's stuff or under Design Mechanism's "old" Runequest books, and I don't see it as an upcoming title on the release schedule.

So what is the status of this book? Getting updated to Legend? Out of Print forever?

I'm not familiar with Conan stuff, but per my quick look at the Conan wiki gazetteer of the places you mentioned it sounds like I might be able to use some of it for a Dark Sun campaign.
