I am sure there are people out there who could tell us, if the answer is yes then there should be that chance written into the rules Maybe ...

Since I probably inflamed this I will try to end it peacefully ! VAS is a WW2 naval wargame and In "MY" humble opinion should stick to being that regardless of its flaws. By that I mean let the designers "FIX" the problems within and go from there. This is my opinion, no one elses - Why play out a s...

The Naval fleets of the time were just that so wishing for 4 Yamatos instead of 2 or a fleet of Montana's seems silly. The PL ...

well carriers shouldnt be really but the game sacrifices some elements for a playable fun game.

Hopefully Aircraft and some other issues will be resolved, in the meantime why not use DMs rule addons- they work well.

Ships like the Graf Zepplin I can just about cope with but we will be in danger of having H44 class super battleships that were never really going to be built :/

Bomber stats in S&P 44

Are the stats for the B17 etc based on the Aircraft from the rulebook or are they "improved" as what we hope will happen in the supplement ?

Umm I think you will find GW are nearly 30 years old now and they did what other wargame and rules companies wouldnt do, they brought kids into the world of miniature figures. The problem is its taken untli the last couple of years for other manufacturers to cotton on ! And Like all model makers som...

Looking throught the VAS book the dates indicate trials date not commisioned . Some of the service dates are a bit misleading too as sister ships were sometimes 2 -3 years behind. Possibly it would be best to play a ceratin year, 1942 for example and then just look up which ships had radar that year ?
