Could Mongoose assume we all have the original version of OOB please and add ALL the missing errata to the pdf not just the ones that didnt make the reprint please . Its annoying enough to get a pdf for this when a second print has been done but the fact it doesnt list missing stats like the B17 etc...

I wonder what the chances are of us poor sods who got the unedited version getting it replaced. Yes I am disappointed and annoyed that MG havent even annouced that there is an updated version now :( But getting past that I would be more than willing to post my original copy back to them and have a n...

It just is a bit good to be able to dodge when moving slower, I think a biplane in the sights of an AA battery wouldnt fair very well

Does this mean if I have Bismark I can start the game with 4 ASW arados in the air now instead of 4 spotters :( Still seems to clutter the table to me, or was it intended to have just one up per ship ?. Which means having umpteen obs planes on Yamato is now pointless. Umm and where does it say I hav...

I think they mean you still have the counter but its now a asw plane not a Os plane

And yes the fact you can have 4 in the air from bismark alone would be nicely clarified.

And yes a reply would be nice too, considering we all bought the supposedly clarified supplement :/

thats the whole point isnt it It should be a balanced game WITHOUT the need for super ships that never were. If you are not playing an actual battle which were hardly ever equal then the PL level should work as is RN and Germany, Italy France just aren't in the same pond as the US and Japan and thro...

I'll bet the OOB could have been filled quite nicely with ships that did exist without having to add in the maybe's. Why weren't the hyperthethical ones kept for the S&P magazine :( Sorry but I can just about cope with the Graf Zepplin which was almost finished and what is the point of reprinting th...

On the subject of gunnery, why have ranges of over 30" anyway Dave if thats what the max range would have been. No ships hit any moving targets over 25,000yrds (approx) anyway. Wouldnt what you have just suggested be a better rule, and allowing spotters to be used for attacking stationary targets et...

why didnt they make them have a vague bonus such as +1 gunnery while flying in clear weather and at medium range ?

They are overpowered but to completely negate them now tells me people arent playtesting bugger all :?

Aircraft need more than "tweaks" to be honest, playing WW2 naval games without air superiority in the latter years is erm pointless/un-historical.

Might aswell play another game/fictional game instead :/

VAS is fun but needs work, hopefully the supplement will address most of these issues
