Re: Official FAQ and Errata
We have just posted the official Judge Dredd FAQ and Errata on Planet Mongoose! That didn't really address my confusion about the Explosive weapon trait... I'm probably reading an out-of-date rules version but my version says you aim at a point, not at a model. If there is no cover between the impa...

Re: Future of 2000AD Gaming
I have no idea who actually did the digital sculpting for DF Eisenkerns but they are indeed of surprisingly high techincal quality (not so keen on aesthetics personally but that's a different issue). Therefrom I'm deduce that if the pledging public could be convinced that the so-far hypothetical Apo...

Re: Future of 2000AD Gaming
I wouldn't mind getting a few plastic scifi minis. Real plastic mind you, not keen enough on "restic" that I'd be likely to invest but then again that doesn't seem to be what we are talking about here. But. The first JD KS went very well. The Rogue Trooper one got hit by an onset of "pledge, then wi...

Re: Question About Unique Characters
Judge Dredd has the "unique" special rule but other named mercenary heroes do not (Judge-Inspector Inaba and both DeMarcos). Should these heroes also be unique or is it acceptable to include 2 or more Inabas in one force? For that matter, can a force include both Judge DeMarco and DeMarco PI? Rules...

Re: Judges of the World
Of the "exotic Judges", anything outside of the European - Japanese axis would be nice, really. Voted for PanAfrican since I recall their look from the comics best, but Cino and Indo would be equally good.

Re: Viable New Factions for future boxsets...
Was a basic full compliment of Brit-Cit Judges promised already? If not, I'd prefer Mongoose start with completing the set of the 3 "uniform plods" and the Detective Judge with some other specialists: roughly the same spread as in the MC-1 Justice Department, with the Riot guys maybe replaced by End...

Re: Official New Model Thread
I am afraid the killdozer is out - 2000AD do not own the IP (belongs to Matchbox!). Hmm, I never realized it was a toy as well. Shame really because it's a nice enough vehicle... You could of course do something similar but aesthetically different. Happens a lot in the business and in this case, th...

Re: Kickstarter - Last 20 Hours!
I expect they will contact you more personally if you don't have a simple one level pledge in place.
Anyway, it was good run. Better than I expected so kudos to Mr. Sprange and the rest at Mongoose for harvesting like the mutant pirates of the Black Atlantic! Arrr!

Re: So what did you think of Dredd?
They say the break even point for a squeal is $50M in the US...I don't get this figure at all. They expect one market (albeit probably the largest one in the release schedule) to cover the entire cost of the movie before they will make a squeal? Although I don't think we have to worry, as the movie...

Re: Kickstarter - Ultimate Lawbreakers!
I should think you can normally expect the company running the KS project to announce which minis (from none to all) are to be exclusive to those pledging.DinoDoc wrote:Forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere but will the kick starter minis be available to the general public after sometime has passed?

Re: Kickstarter - 3rd Stretch Goal Passed - Sov Invasion Nex
Some of them are complaining about the quality of the casts. I have bought most of the boxed sets and none of the models have problems I concur, I have quite a few judges, the apes and punks. they are all very good sculpts. There is very llittle flash and have yet to have a miscast. Detail is alway...

Re: Kickstarter - Big Update with Pat Wagons!
So if I up my pledge from Street Judge to Wally Squad Judge, do I have to take five box sets? Could I have three and a mixture of other stuff :?: Officially, I suppose you should take what's on offer with the pledge level. That said, you might be able to persuade Mr. Sprange to fudge an under-the-c...

Re: Kickstarter - 3rd Stretch Goal Passed - Sov Invasion Nex
Yes, what "freebies" you get is determined by your pledge level, not by the date when you pledge. Depending on the project, some of the freebies may also be available to pledge for separately (irrespective of the pledge level you must select when you join the project) or there just may be plain extr...

never been involved in a Kick starter thing but quite interested......... Well, some people who have been involved with a KS project seem confused (and underwhelmed) as well. Example of an on-going discussion on another forum: http://www.lead-adventure.de/index.php?topic=45675.0 A certain lack of g...
