Hey there, I will answer what I can! a) Previews are coming, but it will be easier to get to grips with, flow smoother in play, and look a lot nicer! b) No. c) The Traveller Core Rulebook will be required. d) We are indeed looking at an extended campaign. e) No miniatures planned, not sure what you...

Any new updates on 2300AD?

Been waiting for this for a while, but how long before the new edition gets a green light? Also/ a) What should we expect from the new edition in terms of content? What's new? What's different? b) Will it be Kickstarted? c) I've asked this before, but I'll do it again, will it be stand-alone from Tr...

Pretty pictures attracts nubes
D&D is played by nubes then.
D&D has pretty pictures, intuitive rules and a bunch of different settings to choose from. It's played by the majority of gamers.

Re: 2300AD speed using stutterwarp

A light year is the distance light travels in a vacuum in a year. The speed of light (rounded up) is 300,000,000 metres per second. Therefore, in a year, light travels 300,000,000 x 60 seconds x 60 minutes x 24 hours x 365.25 days = 9,467,280,000,000,000 metres. Times this by 7.7 and you get: 72,898...

Re: What's Traveller5 like?

What is it that makes T5 unplayable? It also tended to provide multiple sys...

Re: Characteristics of Zero?

Education on zero means you know nothing.
Social Standing of Zero means you have no bearing in any social interaction based on status.

Re: State of the Mongoose 2018

Will the K'kree (and others) be integrated into the character generation software from RPGSuite also? Regarding the Vanguard miniatures game, the major issue with the last campaign was that the buy-in was limited to a full set only, which was a high price-mark for an entree point. Would it it be wor...

Re: State of the Mongoose 2018

Thanks for this. It's appreciated. The Brexit thing sucks - and I also appreciate the candidacy in your remarks here, politicised as they inevitably are. My advice? Do as I did, and emigrate to New Zealand…. Some interesting titles ahead, particularly for Traveller - but no Robots yet! :( Will look ...

Same here, ordered on Sunday but guess the team are now on Christmas holidays.
It may be the case, although I have got mine now.

Do ensure you have sent Matt Sprange a PM.

Heh! I've just noticed the book has an Index. Is this just for this book, or an Index for the whole corebook line so far?
Hmm... Would that be useful?
Oh, yes!
