Thanks for the offer but NeilFord fixed it up for me. For some reason when I print from Word to the Distiller printer it gets about 2/5 of the way through 'preparing to background print' then locks up completely. I don't know why - tried reinstalling Distiller but it doesn't seem to make any differe...
