Artwork, marketing.

Hi friends of Legend,

it is indeed good to see that activity has been undertaken in order for Legend to gain more visibility. Apart from thrilling contents, IMO, don't forget about colorful artwork, if you'd like to initiate a project with it! :D

Re: Playing Legend on-line?

Well, invent as an intellectual experiment a setting of your liking, with a lot of tension, and urban and forestal areas with - openly or in disguise - bellicose cults, factions and guilds in full swing (in more than one respect), critters in expected and unexpected situations + open the Legend core...

Re: Playing Legend on-line?

Not to mention the different magic schools, the Heroic Abilities, the possibility of setting up cults, guilds and factions, combating each other. All this imagined with evocatively colorful art, showing maybe castles, torch lit dungeon corridors, temples, ruins, an assorted cast of fantasy critters....

Re: Playing Legend on-line?

The Legend Core Rule Book and its supplements are amazing. The art work is indeed good.

Now, the Core Rule book or any of the other books as an example, combined with some colorful, evocative maps and pictures made for home brew; that´s quite an interesting mix for adventuring.

Re: Playing Legend on-line?

Well, you're not alone when it comes to Roll20. I'm still trying to get a handle on using it well. Taken me some time to get familiar with it. I'm not a big "battlemap" player and generally don't like tracking movement squares and all that. But it does help to have a visual map with online play, an...

Re: Playing Legend on-line?

Hello and welcome to the forum! :) I would love to see Legend transcribed into Fantasy Grounds Unity. I posted about it recently as it is visibly missing from the list of Mongoose items allowed on there - however it seems that list is woefully out of date. If I knew the FGU code and had time I'd tr...

In the state of Legend as of June 2020.

Hi gamers of Legend, I own and have been reading a fair amount of books of this great game, most notably the core rules of course, but also a number of supplements. I must say that L. is a very good rpg., hitting my soft spot with a great impact. My wish would be for interested gamers to keep the ca...

Re: Playing Legend on-line?

I've used Discord or WebEx for chat and Roll20 to display maps and handle dice rolls. I'm not aware of any Legend-specific content for Roll20. There's a character sheet for RQ6 that probably comes closest, and one for Mythras. But I've had players track damage taken and other notes on a Legend auto...

Playing Legend on-line?

Hi Legend gamers!

Are there any possibilities to play Legend on-line that you have been using (Zoom, Discord or else)?

Would be a great thing to be able to play on-line.

As for me; a d100 player by tradition. And Legend is a great game, for sure.

Best,
