I could see it definitely being tailored to fit giving a penalty until it’s modified. As a side note my players disabled the armory and marine quarters doors so they were held captive until the pumped knock out gas’s through the air supply. They wanted to avoid a lot of battledressed marines too b

If youve not seen the reach adventure 2: theories of everything it gives a full science crew on a lab ship with their squabbles and egos. Their mission is fairly straight forward but can easily be built upon by side ad entities in the planets they travel to.

Thanks. I know it’s kind of a minor detail but if stuuf like this was included in the new naval adventure boxset then I think it really adds to worldbuilding.

Navy officers melee weapon skill

Looking over the Navy career in preparation for A Game of Sun and Shadow I noticed that a commissioned navy officer at ensign rank gain melee ( blade). I’m assuming that each officer is presented with a sword on being accepted as an officer but does anyone have an idea what this may be? My go to ans...

Being honest here, but that sounds like a nightmare. If someone joins my game then I’d expect them to use my rules whether they are official or house rules and someone who would find it a “hassle” would not be someone I’d look for. I’d expect as much of I joined a game.

How sensors work, how you use the to counter opponents sweeps and how the can affect transponders being recognised. Hell, just some firm transponder info would be great as it seems you can change them (maybe) but it difficult, but you can turn them off but it looks suspicious?!?

I’d really like to see something about how the Imperium is structured from the Emperor down and how their laws and stuff are put into operation. Similarly a list of Aslan clans would be great. Don’t forget there are supposed to be a lot of Nobels on the floating palace so a lot of people may just be doing nothing but revelling in wealth. Assuming the limited economy there then at least a fair few of these must be maki g money off world through trade or agriculture.

I’d say yes, the initial damage hurts enough that the stun damage pushes them over the edge and they drop.
