Some exploration would be fine to capture the imagination of the players. Some abandoned space station or outpost with a Alien/Mystery feeling to win over the players for Traveller. My group consists rather of "dungeon crawlers" and not the politics/intrigue style of players.

That makes sense. Was just curious if there was any difference between creature, where only skill DMs ar listed and NPCs with actual attributes listed.

It may sound trivial, but I want to be sure about attribute DMs already included in NPC stat blocks published in official material. For Mass Effect biotics, I would add those implant devices, and have them provide some Psy points. Give implants a short recharge time, probably just a few minutes. On Page 71 of the Core Rulebook: there's a list of "Miscellaneous" Significant Actions, which includes: "Issuing orders to followers." Combat and Leadership

A ledership check can generate an amount of boon used for characters in the same group. When does this leadership check has to be made? At the players turn as any other skill check? And does the pool of boons carry over to the next rounds?

The fuel tanks entry for the Harrier ist as follows:
J-2, 4 weeks of operation
Doesn't it mean, that you can do four J-2 jumps on a row with full tanks, so having a reach of overall 8 Parsecs or am I misreading anything?
