Each die generates 3 numbers at a time when rolled. That's why they're so awesome.
Thanks for that :D

Re: A New Edition of Traveller

Just curious, in the Planet Mongoose it gave isometric deck plans as an example of the new art direction, does this mean the old flay grid style is not going to be used in the official materials? Yes, but you will find 2D b/w versions with every PDF. Thanks for letting me know. :-) I must admit I a...

Re: If only Traveller had these kind of dice

I got a couple of sets of these as a birthday present and one set was plastic of the "glow-in-the-dark" variety (the others were silver and gold in metal). Have not had a chance to play test them yet; and I thought that the marks on the "up" face were the number, not the sides. Oh well, learn someth...

Re: A New Edition of Traveller

Not on Drive Thru yet

Any news on how it will affect any of the spinoff products (e.g. 2300AD, Judge Dredd etc.) ?
Sorry - just re-read the previous posts and found that answered already. Oops.

Nice find, and thanks for sharing :D
Gives some interesting food for thought when I'm visualising my ship interiors.

Re: [GK Games] Ships of Clement Sector 5: Traders and Scouts

You guys put out some high quality work, but Megan R hasn't met anything that isn't a 5 star review (she occasionally does a 4, but mostly 5's). I've found a number of her reviews to be factually incorrect as well. I've come to the conclusion that her reviews are essentially worthless, which is unf...

Re: Book 1: Mercenary Second Edition - Now on Drivethru

Well I have the book now and very impressive it is too, and bodes well for the "new / improved" Traveller line. I am really looking forward to trying out the Stronghold rules. One question though - will there be an update (maybe a pdf) to bring older Traveller line books like Judge Dredd & Hammers S...

Impressive find, and thanks for posting this.

While I might not use "as is" there is a lot of useful stuff to cannibalise for my SF games :D

No 5 - one of the best yet :D

And can I say the way the new guns and vehicles are presented here ought to be mandatory in all Traveller books! The illustrations always get my imagination running better than just a stat block and notes.

More please

Re: Battlestar Galactica 3.0

Re simulators - there was mention in the new series that the Pegasus had simulators to train pilots on (as well as could manufacture Vipers) but the Galactica had to train the "nuggets" on the real thing and hope they were up to it!

Re: Prime Directive...

Sorry for the long silence on these boards. In short order we went on vacation, I got a new dog (rescue spaniel/dachshund mix), I caught the creeping crud which left me with prolonged coughing spells for two months, my little dog got sick and died (neurological condition that could not be cured) an...

Just downloaded it - fantastic job and congratulations to all involved!

And very timely too; I was just looking for plans for a standard space station in my game and Space Station Alpha - 14 fits the bill very nicely. Much obliged :D

Re: Gerry Anderson, RIP

His series were such a wonderful part of my childhood (and longer), and I can still remember watching Thunderbirds for the very first time back in the 60's.
Thank you for the memories Gerry. May you rest in peace.
