I have only had a chance to flick through it so far but The Dilgar stuff is worth the price of the PDF alone :D DW You take the words right out of my keyboard. I have only been able to browse a bit throught that big pile of goodness and was really impressed. The Dilgar stuff alone is already worth ...

Re: Sector 420

Hi I've not posted here for a while, but I'm back again and working on my B5 campaign. I am thinking of using the secret Earthforce base located in Sector 420 (mentioned in Crusade "End of the Line") and wanted to know where it was located, or at least which systems/worlds it is near to. Does anyon...

Blimey, I take a break from the boards and everything's gone hatstand. In all my dealings with you in the early S&P days you were always quick to respond to any question I had with helpful comments where appropriate, and for an external writer such things are a godsend. All the best for the future, ...

I bought the Novel Horus Rising and have been really enjoying it. I was all set to buy the RPG when I read they axed it. I don't want to buy into a dead game. I took a peek at a copy of the RPG yesterday evening. It's a shame for the guys at BI, because the book really looks good. Artwork is great ...

Maybe they will make a Transformers RPG. Or an RPG based on the Ultima series... Maybe its Final Fantasy as an RPG? I don't know if there's a new FF in the works but "video game" and "rpg" often brings FF to mind. And what's that "Immortals: Ascension" on the news site? Maybe there will be a Highla...

Perhaps some more traffic and requests here can convince Matt it is a moneymaker... (HINT HINT!) :) Bry Well, you can have a hint from me. Fallout was one of the greatest computer RPGs I have ever played, right up there with Baldur's Gate and Serpent Isle. The 1950's inspired atmosphere made it sta...

I suggest non-plot related episodes. I.e. nothing that relates to the storyline of B5 as a whole. Only show episodes that show a little of the setting. A good example would perhaps be Infection, or Midnight on the Firing Line. After Season 1 things get a little too plot-related to be any use for yo...

Cheers!

And it is... the trailer's there on the main site now. Just go to Main Menu and click on the 'Lost Tales' tab.

Re: CCG

I love the CCG and keep buying new stuff for it - nothing recently released and word from the last of the Rangers is that there won't be anymore... Search "Vorlon Space" in google and you'll find the last good site. We don't play any more, but my group loved the B5 CCG. We went to some Tournaments ...

Also JMS (of B5 fame) is writing the screenplay. That was one of the reasons why I thought I'd find a copy of the book and see if it was any good. Just over half way through, and it is enthralling reading - and more than a bit disturbing, mainly because it's played straight down the line. Apparentl...

Ouch, LBH - I think that's tremendously brave saying that you'd put Ted Chang anywhere.

Surely Ted Chang would go wherever the heck he likes?

Just got a message saying that the next volume, number 10, will be out at the end of the month (Feb). Plus, there's a couple of new images up on The Lost Tales page ( here ). A new logo, and a new render of Babylon 5 that's got me grinning from ear to ear, don't know about anyone else... :D Chobbly

Excellent! I've been holding off on development of Gatecrasher 2371 to see what happens with SpaceQuest; no sense in developing my own "sci fi" rules if they won't be compatible with the Mongoose rules. I know what you mean, but it might depend on when (and hopefully If) the SpaceQuest SRD comes ou...

I've been thinking about this for a couple of days now, and held off posting. Getting the 2nd Edition statistics in Signs and Portents would be great - and would certainly help to satisfy the voices that want their 1st Edition supplements to be made compatible with the second edition. However, when ...

Hi guys, At the moment, SpaceQuest will consist of one generic rulebook and the settings. The settings may or may not have the full rules in them - depends on the setting itself. There may be other generic books in the range, such as advanced starship design, or whatever, but they haven't been plan...

I'm kind of disappointed that the B5 novels will not appear until this time next year, especially since they were originally promised for this time last year. I'm just happy that the issue with JMS appears to have been resolved. The fact that the books will now be approved by JMS is a huge thing, t...

City of Sorrows

To anyone who hasn't read City of Sorrows, I can't recommend it enough. It's pretty much essential reading (IMHO) to anyone running a B5 campaign which features the Rangers. On another note, JMS has posted an update to filming, which is repeated on the JMSNews site. The link is here... latest JMSNew...
