FRP Games also has it listed as a Febuary preorder. They describe it as a super deluxe leather bound book.

A minis game cannot survive without minis. I don't care if the rules are free. If one cannot buy minis for PAMI, Skinnies, Cougars, etc, etc, what good are free rules? There are plenty of free rules on the 'net. All of them use generic minis or minis everyone already has.

Well done lad, well done. Two questions: what scale are the cars(Hot Wheels?) and why the grid pattern? I don't remember BF:Evo using grid movement..

I haven't played in well over a year. When Mongoose had the big announcement every store had a blow out sale on the minis and I bought as much as I could find. I still have at least a dozen unopened boxes in storage.

28mm troops and 1/56 to 1/48 Solido and Tamiya vehicles. I'll use 1/72 scale aircraft if they are in the rules.

Pro-Create is made by the same company that makes green/brown stuff but it is specifically formulated for mini sculpting. Here are some reviews/comments and places to buy: http://www.reapermini.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=22686 http://www.jeffvalentstudios.com/pnuke/modules.php?op=modload&name=New...

I think the Tamiya putty you're referring to is for filling gaps in models and is similar to Squadron Green Putty. It's not suitable for sculpting as it is much thinner, like toothpaste, and sticks to everything like glue. Look for ProCreate, quickley becoming the standard in modeling putty.

If you pause the trailer at 1:40 you can definitely see a humanoid robotic shape in the flames. It looks a lot like an elemental from Battletech.
